MillHouse Commons This six unit condominium project located at 1093-1101 Chestnut Street in the Upper Falls neighborhood of Newton was completed in the fall of 2007. The development includes two duplex units, each duplex has one 2-bedroom unit and one 3-bedroom unit at the rear of the property and two detached units at the front facing the street. The development contains four affordable and two market rate units. Project developed, in part, with Newton Community Preservation Funds.
